Everett, WA - The AquaSox kick off their 2017 season on Thursday, June 15 with an Opening Day roster filled with veterans and talented Seattle Mariners prospects, highlighted by No. 6 prospect Brayan Hernandez and No. 20 Greifer Andrade as ranked by MLB.com.

Brayan Hernandez, was one of the top prospects from the 2014 international class. The 19-year-old speedster is not only menacing on the base paths but as well in center field. Last season Hernandez, stole 21 bases while knocking in 34 runs during 64 games for the Mariners Dominican Summer League and Arizona League. His switch-hitting ability could be a threat this season along with signs of power on his wiry frame.
Greifer Andrade cracks the Mariners top 25 prospects at No. 20. Andrade, returns to Everett after a brief stint in 2016 playing in four games. He finished the 2016 season in the Arizona League hitting .341 in 26 games and shifted from outfield to infield where he can showcase his athleticism, range and arm.
Returning to Everett includes catcher Juan Camacho (1 Game in 2016), infielder Joe Venturino (32 Games in 2016, .298 AVG), outfielder Austin Grebeck (65 Games in 2016, 53 H), pitchers Matt Clancy (22 Games in 2015, 35 SO) and Paul Covelle (19 Games in 2016, 1.35 WHIP).
Seattle's 2017 draft class selections are projected to arrive in Everett prior to July 4th. Most of the Mariners draft picks will meet in Arizona for a mini-camp before the move to Everett.
