Alcohol Regulations: All persons purchasing alcoholic beverages must have valid photo ID and be twenty-one (21) years of age in compliance with New York State liquor laws. Acceptable forms of identification include a New York State driver's license, a New York State non-driver's I.D., a military I.D. or a passport. It is unlawful to purchase alcohol for minors.

ATM: Located near the main gate adjacent to the Home Plate Grill Concession Stand and directly across from the Eli Fish Brewing Company Short Hops craft beer stand 

Behavior: The Batavia Muckdogs strive to provide our guests a family-friendly experience in a safe, fun environment. We ask that our guests adhere to those standards. The use of disruptive, vulgar language and inappropriate gestures is prohibited. Fans deemed to be wearing clothing or carrying signs with obscene words or messages will not be permitted into Dwyer Stadium. Furthermore, fans may be asked to leave the ballpark without refund if they are wearing clothing or possess signs with obscene or derogatory words or messages. If your enjoyment of visiting the ballpark is being interrupted by the behavior of another fan, please seek the assistance of a Muckdogs Guest Experience Team Member or visit the Guest Services booth located within the team store behind home plate.

Birthdays: All requests should be received a minimum of 24 hours in advance of the game to be attended to ensure placement the digital display board and PA announcement. Birthdays will be announced between the end of the 4th and end of the 6th inning.

Camera Use: Fans are permitted to use both still and video cameras to shoot pre-game, game action and between innings as long as they are not obstructing other fans. Tripods and other camera stands are prohibited. The use of drones is also prohibited at all times. Fans should be advised it is illegal to sell or mass produce any photos/videos taken at the ballpark without the consent of Batavia Muckdogs, Inc. Failure to adhere to these rules will result in fan ejection and/or confiscation of camera.

Child Ticket Policy: Children two (2) years old and under are admitted to the ballpark at no charge as long as they do not occupy a seat. Children three (3) years old and over require a ticket for admittance to the ballpark.

Craft Beer Stand: The Eli Fish Brewing Company Short Hops Stand features several craft beers including the signature Muckdog Blonde Ale. The stand is located to next to the main entrance across from Home Plate Grill concessions.. 

Credit Cards: All Dwyer Stadium concessions and the team store accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and AMEX

Food / Beverage Carry-In: Outside food and beverage is strictly prohibited inside of Dwyer Stadium.

Gates: The ballpark gates open one hour prior to first pitch.

Guest Services: The Guest Services Booth is located at the Muckdogs Team Store in the concourse behind the home plate grandstands and to the left of the Home Plate Grill concessions.

Lost and Found: Report lost or found items to the Guest Services Booth located within the Muckdogs Team Store. At the conclusion of each event, the items are stored at Guest Services where they are kept until claimed. You can contact a Muckdogs representative (585-483-3647) between 9:00 a.m. -5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday

Lost Children: Lost children should be escorted to the Guest Services Booth located within the Muckdogs Team Store behind the home plate grandstands. Parents trying to locate a lost child should contact the Guest Services booth.

Parking: Parking in the Dwyer Stadium lot is free of charge and is available on a first come, first served basis. Additional surface lot and street parking is available on State Street, Denio Street and the surrounding neighborhood.

Pets: Pets are not permitted in the ballpark except for the fans requiring the use of licensed guide/therapy animals. The lone exception are Bark at the Park Days, where a special section will be set up near the picnic plaza.

Postponed Games due to Inclement Weather: 

• Game in progress postponed: If this occurs while you are at the ballpark, keep your ticket stub and redeem it at the ticket office for a future game subject to availability. You do not need to exchange your ticket for a future game on the date of postponement. By New York - Penn League rules, five innings (or four and a half innings if the home team is leading the game) constitutes a complete game and no ticket refunds or rain checks will be issued. In the event a double header is postponed after five innings of game one have been completed, it will be considered a complete game. No refunds or rain checks will be issued.

• Game postponed before gates open: If this occurs, keep your ticket and exchange it at the ticket office for a future 2019 game of your choice subject to availability.

Rain Delays: The umpire-in-chief shall be the sole judge as to when play shall be suspended during a game because of unsuitable weather conditions, as well as when a game will be resumed or terminated after such suspension begins. An umpire must wait a minimum of 45 minutes after a suspension begins before making a determination on postponement or termination. A rain delay may continue as long as the umpire believes there is any chance to resume play.

Re-entry: Re-Entry to Dwyer Stadium is strictly prohibited. If re-entry is needed due to an emergency situation, please visit Guest Services.

Season Ticket Exchange: Season ticket holders may exchange any unused tickets for a future game subject to availability.

Smoking: Dwyer Stadium is a Smoke Free Facility. Smoking is not permitted in any of the seating areas, party deck, picnic plaza or the concourse before, during or after the game. This includes the use of Vapor Cigarettes or 'E Cigarettes' and the use of chewing tobacco. There is no re-entry for fans that leave the ballpark to smoke cigarettes or use any other tobacco-related product.

Soliciting: Soliciting of any products, services and/or monetary donations in the ballpark or on the surrounding plaza is strictly prohibited. Violators will be escorted from the Dwyer Stadium grounds.

Ticket Office: During the season the Dwyer Stadium Ticket Office is open Monday through Friday from 10 a.m.- 5 p.m. and is closed Saturday and Sunday. On game days the ticket office is open from 10 a.m. to the end of the game Monday through Friday and12pm until to the end of the game for Saturday and Sunday games.

Ticket Resale Policy: Under penalty of New York State law, tickets may not be resold by an unlicensed vendor for any dollar value within 1,500 feet of the ballpark. This also applies to the resale of tickets below face value prices. 

Wedding Photos: Those wishing to utilize the ballpark for wedding photos must make prior arrangements with a Muckdogs team rep by contacting 585-483-3647. Pictures can only be scheduled during normal business hours.

Will Call: The Tompkins Bank of Castile Will Call window is located at the main ticket office to the left of the main entry gates. Will Call tickets are available until the end of the game.
