Tillman, who pitched for the Baysox in 2008, was named to his first career All-Star game with the Orioles in 2013. The right-handed starting pitcher led the Orioles with a 16-7 record and 3.71 ERA this past season. Tillman went 11-4 with a 3.18 ERA and 154 strikeouts in 28 games for the Baysox in 2008.
