The Snappers fell Friday night 3-2 in game one. The Snappers were only able to bring home runs in two innings and struggled bringing runners on base back home, going 1-for-8 with runners in scoring position.

One of the biggest contributors for the Snappers was center fielder Austin Beck, who went 2-for-4 with an RBI double in the ninth inning to cut the deficit to one.

Left-hander Josh Reagan got the start for Beloit and went three innings scoreless innings. Projected starter Wyatt Marks came on in the fourth and surrendered three earned runs in the inning. He would finish out the rest of the game scoreless.

First baseman Hunter Hargrove was able to extend his team-high hitting streak to 13 games on a fourth inning double. His double also extended the team extra-base hit streak to 23 games.
