Dehler Park A-Z
This Information Guide is designed to assist our fans by presenting information about Billings Mustangs/Dehler Park offerings and accommodations. The information is presented in alphabetical order for your ease of use.
All Guests are subject to the rules of Dehler Park and the applicable rules and regulations of Minor League Baseball, the City of Billings, Montana. Violators of these rules, regulations or any applicable laws may be refused admission or asked to leave and could be subject to additional legal action.
Please call the Ticket Office at 406-252-1241 or stop by the Business Office for information and availablity on Accessible Seating for games.
No alcoholic beverages may be brought into or removed from the ballpark. Montana law prohibits the sale of alcoholic beverages to persons under the age of 21. Alcohol sales at Dehler Park concessions stores will close at the conclusion of the seventh inning. The Mustangs reserve the right to suspend alcohol sales at any time, for the safety of all fans in attendance.
During Mustangs games, there is a ATM located inside the Team Shop located near the front gate and behind home plate.
Baby Changing Tables
Baby changing tables are located in the restrooms on the first base and third base concourses.
Bags and Backpacks
All bags and backpcks are subject to search before entering Dehler Park.
Beverages, Food, and Containers
Beverages, food, and containers are not allowed in the ballpark. Fans in possession of these items will be subject to ejection from Dehler Park.
Still photography and hand-held video cameras for personal use are welcome at Dehler Park. Video reproduction is strictly prohibited without the prior express written consent of the Billings Mustangs. Professional photography equipment, cameras with lenses larger than six inches, and camera support pods are not permitted. Please be courteous to those near you when taking photographs.
Cellular phones are permitted at Dehler Park provided their use does not interfere with other guests' enjoyment of the game.
Fans may register comments during the game at the Guest Services Window. Fans also have the option of mailing in comments to Billings Mustangs Baseball, P.O. Box 1553, Billings, MT 59103.
Full-service concessions stores are located on the concourse level at the back of Section 109 and section 118 of Dehler Park.
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express cards are accepted at the Mustangs Ticket Office, Concessions Windows and Team Shop.
The Guest Services Window is located on the concourse level behind home plate at the back of Section 113. This is your destination to claim prizes, report lost adults or children, inquire about lost items, or if you have questions.
From I-90 - take Exit 450 and continue north two miles along 27th street. The ballpark will be on the right-hand side of the street and sits between 9th Ave. and 10th Ave.
Guests are asked to exit the stadium through designated exits located on the concourse level behind home plate and at the end of each foul line. During the game, fans are permitted to leave Dehler Park and return provided they present their ticket.

The First Aid Station is located at the Guest Services Window on the concourse level behind home plate.
For the safety of fans and players, folding and other portable chairs are not allowed in the ballpark.
Fans should be aware of bats and baseballs leaving the playing field at all times. Fans are welcome to keep any foul ball landing in the seating area. Any fan interfering with a ball in play will be subject to ejection from the ballpark. Out of respect for others seated near you, please be cautious when attempting to catch any object that enters the seating areas.
Friends and Family Day
Each Sunday throughout the season is Friends and Family Day. Purchase the Friends and Family package and you will receive 4 game tickets, 4 hot dogs, 4 soft drinks, 4 Frostys and a scorecard for $40.
The standard game time Monday thru Saturday is 6:35 pm, and on Sunday the first pitch is 1:05 pm.
The gates to Dehler Park open to the public one hour prior to the scheduled game time.
Lost & Found
During games, guests may inquire about lost and found items at the Guest Services Window. Items will be held for seven (7) days before being discarded or donated.
In the event a guest becomes separated from his or her child, please take the guest to the Guest Services Window. Emergency paging can be arranged.
The Mustangs Team Shop is located on the concourse level behind home plate at the back of Section 112. The Shop is your source for Mustangs merchandise, souvenirs, and novelties. The Shop is open from start to finish of all Mustangs games and accepts all major credit cards.
Mustangs Bucks can be purchased at the Guest Services Window located on the concourse level behind home plate. Mustangs Bucks are a great gift idea and can be used to purchase game tickets, concessions items, and merchandise in the Mustangs Team Shop.
Only authorized personnel will be permitted on the field before, during, and after games. Any unauthorized person entering the field will be removed from the stadium and be subject to prosecution.
Paging is available for emergency situations only (i.e. lost children, phoned emergencies, etc.) Guests can visit Guest Services Window to request PA announcements. The Mustangs reserve the right to deny any announcement deemed unnecessary.
Free parking is available at all Mustangs events. The main Parking lot is located behind Right Field and the scoreboard. General event parking spots are located throughout the surrounding area.
Gather your friends, family, and co-workers and add extra excitement to an already funfilled night at Dehler park with a Mustangs pregame barbecue on either the 329 Club or in the Pepsi Pavilion. Availability is limited, so reserve your date today by contacting a Mustangs representative at 252-1241.
Join Dustin Daniel, voice of the Mustangs, for live play-by-play action all season long on the official radio flagship of the Mustangs, ESPN 910 AM KBLG.
Hand-held radios and televisions are welcome at Dehler Park as long as they do not interfere with other guests' enjoyment of the game. The Mustangs reserve the right to ask any guest to discontinue use of such devices.
In the event that the regulation game specified by the game ticket is not played, the ticket may be exchanged at the Mustangs ticket office for a ticket of equal or lesser value to any 2019 regular season home game. Tickets and seating subject to availability.
Run the Bases
Presented by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Montana, kids of all ages are invited to run the bases following each Sunday home game.
Fans should sit only in the seat for which they hold a valid ticket. Fans may be asked to present their ticket if there is confusion over a specific seat.
Certified services animals for guests with disabilities are the only animals allowed inside the ballpark.
By order of the Billings City Council, Dehler Park is a smoke-free facility. Smoking is permitted outside each of the three stadium exits only.
Strollers must fold up and fit under a seat without restricting aisle access. Arrangements for stroller storage during the game may be made at the Guest Services Window.
The Mustangs ticket office opens daily at 12:00 pm and remains open until 4:00 pm on non-game days and through the end of the 7th inning on game days. The Mustangs ticket office is located adjacent to the Dave McNally Plaza on the concourse level of Dehler Park.
