Following a trip to Jacksonville, the Biloxi Shuckers return to MGM Park for a five-game series against the Tennessee Smokies from Wednesday, July 18 to Sunday, July 22. The Shuckers have several ways to beat the heat, with Christmas in July, a Misting Fan giveaway and of course, cool daily promos.

So far this season, the Shuckers bats have given pitchers all they can handle, launching 96 home runs, the most in the Southern League. Led by the likes of Corey Ray, Jake Gatewood and Troy Stokes Jr., the Shuckers are one home run away from setting a new single season franchise record for total home runs.
Thursday, July 19 at 6:35 PM: Double Play Thursday presented by Polk's Meat Products, Yuengling, Coca-Cola and Kicker 108
Start the weekend early with Double Play Thursday and cheer on the Shuckers while enjoying $2 hot dogs, $2 Yuengling drafts, $2 fountain drinks and $3 weekly draft specials. Just for Thursday night, fans can purchase the 'Double Play,' which includes a Reserved Level game ticket and two drink vouchers for just $10. Arrive at the park when the gates open at 5:30 PM for a pregame performance by Julia Harrington. It's also Breast Cancer Awareness Night at the ballpark, so fans are encouraged to come to the park dressed in pink to help PINK OUT the park. Finally, F-16 Pilot Major John Waters will be present to throw out the ceremonial first pitch.
When they aren't hitting home runs, the Shuckers have shown their speed on the bases, stealing 93 bags, second most in the Southern League. Corey Ray leads the way for Biloxi, swiping a league-leading 28 bases, including seven in the Shuckers five-game series against the Jumbo Shrimp.
Friday, July 20 at 6:35 PM: Christmas in July and Fireworks Friday
Merry Christmas in July, y'all! Come dressed in your best Christmas attire for Christmas in July, with Singing Santas present to bring a very festive spirit to the stadium. Buddy Bags will also be at the ballpark collecting donations of new, gender-neutral baby items including blankets, pacifiers, bottles and diapers. After the game, the skies over MGM Park will light up with the best fireworks show on the Mississippi Gulf Coast, set to Christmas music.
All-Star RHP Thomas Jankins gets the starting nod for the Shuckers on Friday night. In his first season in Double-A, Jankins is tied with teammate Zack Brown for the league-lead in wins, notching nine victories in 16 appearances.
Saturday, July 21 at 6:35 PM: Shuckers Misting Fan Giveaway presented by Beau Rivage
Another Super Saturday at MGM Park is all about keeping cool on a July evening. The first 1,500 fans will receive a Shuckers Misting Fan as they enter the gates courtesy of Beau Rivage Resort and Casino. Start the night early with yard games on the lawn and a concert by Bourbon and Lace outside the north gate. Gates open at 5:30 PM for a 6:35 PM first pitch.
Before participating in the MLB All-Star Futures Game, Keston Hiura had a perfect night at the plate against the Jumbo Shrimp, going 4-for-4 with a home run and two RBI. The second baseman returned to the Shuckers and promptly picked up a double and an RBI as part of a win over Jacksonville on Monday. Regarded as the number one prospect in the Brewers' organization, expect Hiura to be right in the middle of the Shuckers potent offense.
