Shuckers Return For Ten-Day, Eleven-Game Homestand

As the Biloxi Shuckers barrel towards the playoffs of the 2018 Southern League Season, the first half South Division champs will be at MGM Park for ten straight days, as they welcome the Mobile BayBears from August 14-18 and the Pensacola Blue Wahoos from August 19-23. Fireworks Friday, Halfway to Mardi Gras Night and another day game at MGM Park highlight the Shuckers second to last homestand of the season.

Tuesday, August 14 at 5:35 PM: Doggone Doubleheader on Brew Crew Tuesday presented by Miller Lite
The homestand kicks off with two games for the price of one, as the Shuckers start their series against the BayBears with a doubleheader. Come celebrate Brew Crew Tuesday at MGM Park and live like a Wisconsin legend while enjoying $3 Miller Lite, $4 Brats and more presented by Miller Lite. Plus, fans can win Milwaukee Brewers prizes throughout the game by participating in the Shuckers Brewers-themed social media trivia games.
The Shuckers are also doubling up Brew Crew Tuesday with Doggone Monday as part of a make up from a missed game on July 2. Purchase a $7 Berm ticket and bring your pup to the park to cheer on the Shuckers. Fans are invited to participate in our dog parade in between games.  Gates open at 5:00 pm for a 5:35 pm first pitch. Each game will be seven innings, and the second game will take place approximately 30 minutes after the conclusion of game one.
Wednesday, August 15 at 6:35 PM: Biloxi Community Night & All-You-Can-Eat Wednesday
Purchase an All-You-Can-Eat ticket for $20 to enjoy the Shuckers buffet, featuring Papa John's Pizza, Murky Waters BBQ, hamburgers, hot dogs and more, all while taking in the game action from a seat in the Community Bank Terrace at MGM Park! Thursday, August 16 at 6:35 PM: First Responders Night featuring Pregame Guns N' Hoses Softball Match-Up & Double Play Thursday presented by Polk's Meat Products, Yuengling, Coca-Cola & Kicker 108
On Thursday, August 16, we invite Shuckers fans to join us as we show our appreciation to those who protect and serve our community, our Mississippi Gulf Coast First Responders! The Shuckers will kick off Thursday's game with a First Responders vehicle display on the north lawn, including fire trucks, police cars, an ambulance and more. Gates will open at 4:00 pm for a Guns N' Hoses Pregame Softball Match-Up event beginning at 4:15 pm. Come out and cheer on your local police officers and firefighters as they battle it out for the Guns N' Hoses championship! Dallas Dixon will also perform a special pregame concert after the Guns N' Hoses game concludes.  
Additionally, it's another Double Play Thursday where fans can enjoy $2 hot dogs, $2 Yuengling drafts, $2 fountain drinks and $3 weekly draft specials throughout the game. The Shuckers also offer the 'Double Play,' which includes a Reserved Level game ticket paired with two drink vouchers for just $10. First pitch between the Shuckers and BayBears is at 6:35 pm.
Friday, August 17 at 6:35 PM: Fireworks Friday & Southern Miss Night
Come out to cheer on your Biloxi Shuckers on Fireworks Friday, August 17, and stick around after the game for the best fireworks show on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. It's also Southern Miss Night at the park, so fans are encouraged to wear gold and black to show their Golden Eagle pride. Former USM Hall of Fame Quarterback Reggie Collier will be on hand to throw out the first pitch, and there will be raffles for Southern Miss tickets and a game jersey throughout the night.
The Biloxi Shuckers have also teamed up with the Joe Torre Safe at Home Foundation to play for a cause to end the cycle of domestic violence. Fans can visit www.joetorre.org to seek help, learn more or donate.  Gates open at 5:30 pm for a 6:35 pm first pitch.
Saturday, August 18 at 6:35 PM: Halfway to Mardi Gras Night & Jersey Auction benefiting the K&J Foundation, Tyler's Amazing Balancing Act Performance & More
Laissez les bons temps rouler! At the halfway point to the Gulf Coast's favorite holiday, the Shuckers are hosting a Mardi Gras Night at MGM Park. Players and coaches will wear custom Mardi Gras-themed jerseys illustrated by local artist Matt Stebly. The Shuckers' Mardi Gras jerseys will be auctioned off during the game, with the proceeds benefitting the K&J Foundation, whose mission is to promote seat belt safety. Jersey winners will be invited to go on the field after the game to meet the team and receive their jerseys, autographs and photos. 
Come to the ballpark in your best Mardi Gras attire when gates open at 5:30 pm for a pregame Mardi Gras parade featuring a special second line performance by Blackwater Brass. Mardi Gras floats, games, seat belt safety simulators and more will be out on the north lawn before the gates open for some Super Saturday fan fun! Tyler's Amazing Balancing Act will be present for added in-game entertainment. Gates open at 5:30 pm for a 6:35 pm first pitch.

Sunday, August 19 at 4:05 PM: Faith & Family Night and Military Salute Sunday presented by Keesler Federal Credit Union
Join the Biloxi Shuckers for Faith and Family Night at the ballpark, including a special pregame concert featuring the Crosspoint Church Worship Team, and testimony from Team Ambassador Barry Lyons before the game begins. On Military Salute Sunday, Shuckers players will be dressed out in special military-themed jerseys, and all active military personnel and veterans can purchase $8 Reserved Level tickets or $10 Dugout Box Level Tickets by presenting a valid I.D.  Family 4-packs are available every Sunday, which include four Reserved Level tickets paired with four hot dogs, four chips and four drinks, all for only $60.
Select Shuckers players will be on the concourse signing autographs before the game, and don't forget to bring your glove as Shuckers fans are invited to stick around to run the bases and play catch on the field after the game. Gates open at 3:00 pm for a 4:05 pm first pitch. 
Monday, August 20 at 6:35 PM: Doggone Monday presented by Raising Cane's
Bring your pooch to the ballpark for Doggone Monday presented Raising Cane's. Purchase a $7 Berm ticket for you and your furry friend to cheer on the Biloxi Shuckers as they continue their series against the Pensacola Blue Wahoos. Gates open at 5:30 pm, so arrive early to participate in our pregame pup parade on the field. Also, be sure to check out our Schooner's Special at the concessions stand, which includes a hot dog, chips and drink for only $5. First pitch is 6:35 pm.
Tuesday, August 21 at 10:35 AM: Lunch Break Special & Education Day at the Ballpark
Stop in for lunch and enjoy some Biloxi Shuckers baseball during the middle of the day at MGM Park. For just $10, Shuckers fans can get one Community Bank Terrace ticket paired with a hot dog, chips and a drink. It's also Education Day at the ballpark as the Shuckers welcome kids back to school with a special field trip opportunity. Gates open at 9:30 am for a 10:35 am first pitch.

The Biloxi Shuckers have partnered with Gray Over the Bay to play for a cause. The Shuckers invite fans to wear gray to 'Gray Out' the ballpark for brain cancer awareness. It's also Ocean Springs Community Night, so join us in celebrating the beautiful city of Ocean Springs. It's also College Fair Night at the park as representatives from Southern Miss Gulf Park, Virginia College in Biloxi, Ole Miss, Faulkner University, William Carey University, Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College, The University of Alabama and the Mississippi Gulf Coast MSU Alumni Chapter will be on the concourse for a meet and greet with future students.
