2019 Promotions Schedule Released!
The Birmingham Barons are excited to announce their promotional schedule for the 2019 season which kicks off on Wednesday, April 10th at Regions Field.

Along with the return of daily promotions, a variety of new attractions which will come alongside established favorites to make 2019 another spectacular season at Regions Field for fans of all ages.
Season-long daily promotions include:
Mondays - Get Movin' Mondays (select Mondays)
Tuesdays - T-Shirt Tuesdays presented by Paycor; Dollar Hot Dog Night presented by Flowers Bakery and Kayem Foods
Wednesdays - AAA Wednesdays presented by AAA of Alabama; Wet Nose Wednesday's (select Wednesdays)
Thursdays - Thirsty Thursdays presented by Miller Lite, Woodbridge, and Buffalo Wild Wings (excluding July 4th)
Fridays - Friday Night Firework Shows presented by Coca-Cola, Cajun Boys, Comfort Care Hospice, and Alabama Power
Saturdays - Entertainer Series (select Saturdays) presented by Hilton Birmingham at UAB
Sundays - Family Sundays presented by Papa John's and Jack's Restaurants
The festivities get underway with the opening homestand beginning on Wednesday, April 10th to Sunday, April 14th, with all fans receiving a 2019 Magnet Schedule for the first three games (April 10th - April 12th) presented by Papa John's.
The first of 12 Thirsty Thursdays presented by Miller Lite, Woodbridge, and Buffalo Wild Wings and the first of ten post-game Friday Night Firework Shows presented by Coca-Cola, Cajun Boys, Comfort Care Hospice, and Alabama Power highlight the next two games on April 11th and 12th. To round out the opening homestand fans will enjoy a performance by Zooperstars! On April 13th, followed by Autism Friendly Day and Jackie Robinson Day presented by Birmingham Business Resource Center on April 14th.
The Barons will wear specialty jersey's four times over the course of the 2019 season. Star Wars Weekend (May 3rd - 5th) will feature the Barons wearing a special themed Jedi jersey on May 4th, with proceeds benefitting Smile-A-Mile. On June 1st, the Barons will wear special Space Jam jersey's which will be auctioned off to benefit the Magic City Surge. On Saturday, June 15th, the Barons will host Los Barons Night, with jerseys being auctioned to benefit ¡HICA!. The third jersey auction of the 2019 season will occur on Saturday, June 29th where Ronald McDonald patients designed the special custom jersey; with proceeds benefitting the Ronald McDonald House.
The Barons return home on Saturday, April 20th for the highly anticipated "The Office Night" celebrating the famed T.V. show. This night will include Office themed on-field promotions and much more! The first 1,000 fans through the gates on this night will receive a special Office Night themed T-Shirt thanks to Coca-Cola.
The beginning of May will be explosive as fans will experience Star Wars Weekend with a special Star Wars themed Fireworks Show on Friday, May 3rd. On Saturday, fans will have the opportunity to bid on special Star Wars Jedi themed jersey's, as well as meet and take pictures with the Alabama Garrison 501st Legion. Sunday, will conclude Star Wars weekend as the first 1,000 kids will receive a light-up toy light saber thanks to Adamson Ford.
The Barons finish off the month of May and begin the month of June with a five-game homestand against the Montgomery Biscuits. The two teams will compete in the 23rd Rickwood Classic on Wednesday, May 29th at 12:30 p.m. presented by Levy's Fine Jewelry, with a special guest appearance by former Major League Player and Coach Lou Piniella. The Barons and Biscuits then return to Regions Field for three more games from Thursday, May 30th through Saturday, June 1st, highlighted by Space Jam Night presented by the Magic City Surge where the first 1,000 fans will receive a Black Tune Squad jersey.
The Barons will end the month of June with their last series against the Mobile BayBears before their move to Madison next season. During this homestand the first 1,000 fans in attendance on Friday, June 28th will receive a
Entering the month of July, the Barons will welcome back Jake the Diamond Dog on the 4th of July. Then on Friday July 5th fans will enjoy a special guest appearance by Barry Williams "Greg Brady" from the Brady Bunch on ME TV Night presented by ME TV. On Friday, July 19th, the first 1,000 kids will receive a red batting practice jersey thanks to Coca-Cola. The following night fans will enjoy Sandlot Night with a special guest appearance by "Squints" himself Chauncey Leopardi.
The 25th anniversary of the 1994 season will bring a special giveaway this season as fans on Friday, August 9th will receive a Barons Cruiser thanks to AAA of Alabama. The biggest fireworks show of the season will take place the following day as Pyro-Palooza XII puts on a spectacular firework show that will light up the sky on August 10th.
To complete the 2019 season, the Barons will host a five games series against the Biloxi Shuckers from Thursday, August 29th through Monday, September 2nd. The last three days of the homestand will include Fan Appreciation nights, with a Fireworks Show on Saturday, August 31st.
