After over two weeks away, the Barons return to Regions Field on Tuesday, August 2nd for a six game series against the Cincinnati Reds Double-A affiliate, the Chattanooga Lookouts. After over two weeks away, the Barons return to Regions Field on Tuesday, August 2nd for a six game series against the Cincinnati Reds Double-A affiliate, the Chattanooga Lookouts. Despite this being their fourth matchup of the year, it's the first time Chattanooga visits Birmingham. Fans of both teams will be spoiled with numerous promotions, such as Peanut Free & Dollar Dog Night, Salute to the Negro Leagues and Wet Nose Wednesday, Thirsty Thursday, Regions Night paired with Friday Night Fireworks. The weekend festivities include Margaritaville Night, as well as Family Day and Salute to Essential Workers.

Tuesday, August 2nd - Birmingham Barons vs. Chattanooga Lookouts

- Game Time: First pitch from Regions Field will be at 7:05 p.m. with gates opening at 6:00 p.m.

- Broadcast: The game will be broadcasted live online at barons.com, you can listen to the game on the Barons' radio affiliate WJQX FM 100.5, as well as streaming available on MiLB.TV.

- Peanut-Free Night: We're thrilled to announce that those who typically cannot attend ballgames due to their peanut allergies will finally have the chance. Thanks to our partners from Allervie, fans can safely attend Dollar Dog Night without the fear of being exposed to peanuts.

- Salute to the Negro Leagues: From Tuesday through Friday, fans will be greeted by a concourse All-Star exhibit showcasing all different types of memorabilia from the Negro Leagues. All week long, we and our partners from the Shower of Love Project celebrate and enlighten our fans of the League's rich history.

- Wet Nose Wednesday:The Barons are excited to welcome our four legged fans back to the ballpark with the return of Wet Nose Wednesday! Fans with dogs must enter through the main gates and sign a waiver and then catch the game with their best friend courtesy of Camp Scotty.

- Thirsty Thursday: Enjoy $2.50 drink specials on domestic beer and souvenir soda every Thursday at Regions Field courtesy of Miller Lite, Buffalo Wild Wings, and The Fennec!

- Friday Night Fireworks: Catch the second fireworks show of the week with our Friday Night Fireworks brought to you by Alabama Power, Coca-Cola, Comfort Care Home Health and Hospice, and ClearVision Eye Center.

- Regions Night: Courtesy of our partner Regions, the first 500 kids (ages 12 and under) to arrive will be awarded with a soft baseball. The giveaway is the perfect way for children to play catch, have fun, and enjoy the game they love without the fear of getting hurt! We will also unveil our Regions Field All-Decade Team to celebrate the 10th anniversary of Regions Field.

- Salute to the Negro Leagues: Our weeklong celebration of the Negro Leagues is capped off by a very special night where both the Barons and Lookouts shall wear special uniforms from former Negro League teams. Also, on top of the concourse exhibit, fans will watch as former Negro League players will relive their glory days by throwing out the first pitch!

Saturday, August 6th - Birmingham Barons vs. Chattanooga Lookouts

- Game Time: First pitch from Regions Field will be at 6:30 p.m. with gates opening at 5:30 p.m.

- Broadcast: The game will be broadcasted live online at barons.com, you can listen to the game on the Barons' radio affiliate WJQX FM 100.5, as well as streaming available on MiLB.TV.

- Margaritaville Night: Thanks to our friends from Crunch Fitness, Margaritaville Night will bring the beach vibes to Birmingham. Fans will be treated with a Hawaiian T-Shirt giveaway courtesy of CoolRay, while the Barons will showcase their unique new fits, which, afterwards, will be auctioned off to you!

Sunday, August 7th - Birmingham Barons vs. Chattanooga Lookouts

- Game Time: First pitch from Regions Field will be at 4:00 p.m. with gates opening at 3:00 p.m.

- Broadcast: The game will be broadcasted live online at barons.com, you can listen to the game on the Barons' radio affiliate WJQX FM 100.5, as well as streaming available on MiLB.TV.

- Family Day/Salute to Essential Workers: Join us on Family Sunday. The Barons, with the help of Alabama Power, will honor Birmingham's essential workers for their constant commitment and hard work.

- Jr. Fire Marshal Night:The Barons are excited to partner with The Hartford for Jr. Fire Marshal Night! The first 1,000 kids (12 and under) will receive a fire helmet, thanks to The Hartford. There will also be a special pregame fire pledge ceremony to help share fire safety awareness.
