The 2015 schedule features TWICE as many August weekend games as this season and 16 overall Friday, Saturday and Sunday games in July and August at Coca-Cola Field.

The Bisons also announced the dates for three great ballpark traditions; School Kids Day on Wednesday, June 10 vs. Scranton/Wilkes-Barre (10:35 a.m.), the 8th annual Star Wars Night on Saturday, July 18 against the Columbus Clippers (6:05 p.m.) and the 21st Annual KeyBank Independence Eve Celebration on Friday, July 3 against the Syracuse Chiefs (6:05 p.m.).

2015 Schedule Details
The 2015 schedule will feature 10 fridaynightbash! games, including FOUR in the month of July and two more in August. The Bisons will be home 16 times in August/September (an increase of three from this season), with eight home Friday/Saturday/Sunday games in the month (up from four in 2014).

For the season, 31 games will be played at Coca-Cola Field on either a Friday, Saturday or Sunday (44% of schedule) while nearly two-thirds of the campaign (42 of 71) will be played in the months of June, July and August.

Throughout the 2015 season, the Bisons will use the customary 7:05 p.m. start time for most evening games after the first two months of the season. Most Sundays and weekday afternoon starts will have a 1:05 p.m. first pitch while a 6:05 p.m. first pitch will be used for various special event games.

The Bisons will announce tickets when season tickets for the 2015 season will go on sale in the fall.

International League moves to 'Unbalanced Schedule'
The International League has moved to an 'unbalanced schedule' for 2015, meaning the Bisons won't play the same number of games against each divisional and non-divisional opponent. This change has allowed the league to even out preferred weekend/summer dates for all teams in the league, give all off days while teams are home, minimize short and long homestands/roadtrips and offer better scheduling flexibility working with a seven-day week.

The Bisons will play 90 games against IL North foes, taking on Syracuse a high of 21 times and Rochester, Scranton/Wilkes-Barre and Pawtucket only 17 times (Lehigh Valley 18 games). Each non-divisional opponent will travel to Buffalo once next year, for either a three or four-game series. The Bisons will face each IL South and IL West team from six to eight times in 2015.

In previous years, the Bisons faced every IL North team 16 times (eight home, eight away) and every IL South/IL West team eight times (four home, four away).
