Deck McGuire throws four solid innings

The Buffalo Bisons were defeated 2-0 by the Lehigh Valley IronPigs on Sunday afternoon from Dunedin, FL. The Herd is now 0-4-1 so far in their 16-game Spring Training schedule.

Buffalo will host the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders on Sunday afternoon.

1B LARS ANDERSON went 2-4 at the plate for the Bisons. Anderson was optioned to the Herd from major league camp on Thursday after hitting .357 (5-14) in eight exhibition games with the Blue Jays.

On the mound, RHP DECK McGUIRE threw four innings and yielded just one unearned run. He allowed just one hit and struck out one batter.
