Colby Rasmus joins Bisons in Toledo
Blue Jays outfielder joins Herd on MLB injury rehab
The Buffalo Bisons today announced that Toronto Blue Jays OF COLBY RASMUS has joined the Herd as part of an MLB injury rehabilitation assignment.
The Blue Jays placed Rasmus on their disabled list on May 15 (retroactive to May 13) with right hamstring tightness. The outfielder was hitting .222 with nine home runs and 19 RBI in his first 37 games with Toronto this season. The right-handed hitter has a career .247 average with 107 home runs and 331 RBI in parts of six seasons.
