Wilmington, DE - As the 2018 season gets closer, the Wilmington Blue Rocks are excited to announce the hiring of their seasonal staff. Nine young men and women have joined the Blue Rocks' front office staff, including four who have already spent one season with the organization. Their responsibilities will include ticket sales, community affairs, merchandise and broadcasting. Below is a bio for each individual.

Zachary Chatman enters his second season with the Blue Rocks as the Community Affairs Assistant in 2018. The 23-year-old hails from Pennsburg, Pennsylvania, a small town in Montgomery County. Chatman graduated from Widener University and received a degree in Business Marketing with a minor in Sport Management. He also played four years on the Widener University Pride football team where he was a part of two Middle Atlantic Conference championships. Before joining the Blue Rocks, he worked at both the Philadelphia Eagles and Philadelphia Phillies as a part of their game day staff. Chatman enjoys attending sporting events with his friends and family for all Philadelphia sports teams. His favorite teams are the Philadelphia Eagles and Philadelphia Phillies. He is looking forward to the start of another season with the Wilmington Blue Rocks and contributing to the success off the field and in the stands.
Jarred Dollard joins the Blue Rocks as the Marketing & Promotions Assistant for the 2018 season. The 24-year-old Newark, Delaware native graduated from Delaware State University and was a game day intern for the Blue Rocks during the 2016 campaign. Before joining the Blue Rocks, Dollard operated in roles such as Fan Assistance for the Philadelphia Eagles and the Panama and Costa Rica national soccer teams as they made their way to Philadelphia for the CONCACAF Gold Cup. He also was a Promotional Associate for the Delaware 87er's. He looks to use this season as a springboard to further his career in the sports industry working as a game day operations manager.
Ryan Griffith starts his first season as the Wilmington Blue Rocks' Web & Creative Services Assistant. A native of West Chester, PA, he is finishing up his sophomore year at York College of Pennsylvania, working towards his bachelor's degree in Mass Communications. Griffith is the Athletic Communications student photographer, a post where he takes photos for use in the post-game articles on the York College Athletics website. Previously, he worked as a photographer, videographer, and writer for PhillySoccerPage.com covering the Philadelphia Union. Griffith has also produced a commercial for Give Local York, which is a fund-raising initiative for York County non-profit organizations, and a non-profit spotlight video on Family First Health. Away from work, he enjoys playing and watching sports such as basketball, lacrosse and soccer. Griffith is very excited to begin his time with the Blue Rocks.
Ryan Lamonico, who joins the Blue Rocks in 2018 as Group Sales Assistant, was born and raised in Howell, NJ. He graduated from St. John's University in New York with a bachelor's degree in Sports Management. During his time at St. John's, Lamonico interned with the Staten Island Yankees & Long Island Collegians. Prior to joining the Blue Rocks, he worked with the Philadelphia Eagles, New York Red Bulls, Rutgers Athletics and Lakewood Blue Claws. He is a huge Eagles & Yankees fan and beyond happy to see them both win a championship! Lamonico enjoys going back up to NJ to visit friends as well as watching some of his favorite TV shows such as Prison Break and Designated Survivor. He is super excited to begin his first season with the Blue Rocks. Lamonico currently resides in Dover, Delaware.
Jadin Miller, 22, joins the Blue Rocks in 2018 as the Marketing & New Media Assistant. She was born and raised in Marion, Michigan - a small town in the northern part of the state. Miller graduated from Ferris State University with a Bachelors Degree in Sports Marketing. Before joining the Rocks' front office, she briefly worked with the Grand Rapids Drive G-League Basketball team. Miller has also interned with the Grand Rapids Griffins of the American Hockey League and spent a baseball season in San Diego, CA working with the San Diego Coastal Collegiate Baseball League. She grew up playing and watching sports, is very passionate about the world of sports marketing and is very excited to continue her career path in MiLB with the Blue Rocks.
Cory Nidoh enters his second season with the Blue Rocks and fifth in Minor League Baseball. During his broadcasting career, the 25-year-old has traveled the length of the East Coast making pit stops in Sanford, Maine, and Daytona Beach, FL.
In addition to his Blue Rocks duties, Nidoh works for 94.7 FM WDSD and 1290 AM The Ticket serving as the radio sideline reporter for the University of Delaware Football program and providing play-by-play for select University of Delaware Men's and Women's Basketball games.
Nidoh is a proud graduate of East Stroudsburg University (PA) and earned a B.A. in Broadcast Journalism. In his spare time, Nidoh enjoys playing the drums, watching the New York Yankees and Tennessee Titans during their respective seasons and going to the beach. Born in Clifton, NJ and raised in Scranton, PA, Nidoh has moved to Delaware County and is happy to bring Blue Rocks Baseball to the fans each night.
Antoine Ray joins the Blue Rocks in 2018 as a Group Sales Assistant. Originally from Telford, PA, Ray attended East Stroudsburg University where he was a three-year member of the football teams and graduated with a degree in Sports Management and a minor in Business. During his time as an undergraduate, Ray interned with Temple University football program. After obtaining his bachelor's degree, he returned to East Stroudsburg University for a Masters Degree in Sports Management which he will complete in the spring of 2018. Ray enjoys watching and playing all sports including baseball, football, basketball and soccer. Among his favorite sports teams are the University of Texas, Philadelphia Phillies and Philadelphia Sixers.
Mike Rice enters his first year with the Blue Rocks in 2018 as a Group Sales Assistant. The 24-year-old comes to The Riverfront by way of Heath, Ohio. Rice graduated from Ohio University in 2016 with a B.S in Sports Management and minor in Business. While at Ohio, he worked in game day operations with the Bobcats Hockey team. He loves cheering for the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Ohio State Buckeyes and has aspirations of eventually working in the NBA. Rice is excited to be apart of the Blue Rocks organization and is looking forward to a great season in 2018.
Mallory Turnbull rejoins the Blue Rocks Front Office in 2018 after spending the 2016 season as a game day marketing intern. This season, Turnbull will serve as the team's Merchandise Assistant. The 22-year-old was born and raised in Churchville, Maryland and graduated from Mount St. Mary's with a B.A. in Communication in 2018. While at Mount St. Mary's, she was a four-year member of the women's club volleyball team. Away from work, she enjoys traveling to different countries, going to sporting events with friends and reading. A fun fact about Turnbull is that her father played in the MLB for the Pittsburgh Pirates from 1973-1974 as a left fielder. She looks forward to an awesome season with the Blue Rocks!
Individual tickets for the 2018 season go on sale on Monday, February 19 at Frawley Stadium. The Rocks are celebrating with their annual Blue Monday Ticket Extravaganza that will feature special discounts, prizes and refreshments at the Frawley Stadium Ticket Office.
