Blue Wahoos, One Blood Team Up for Hurricane Relief

Donors will receive a ticket to Wednesday nights' game.

PENSACOLA, Fla., - The Pensacola Blue Wahoos are pleased to announce a partnership with One Blood to assist in Hurricane Harvey relief. OneBlood will be setup at Blue Wahoos Stadium for blood donations from 12:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, September 6th.


Donors will receive a free SRO ticket per donor for the Blue Wahoos playoff game against the Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp.


"We are very proud to team up with OneBlood," said team President Jonathan Griffith. "It's important for us to give back to not only the Pensacola community, but all communities in need of help."


OneBlood is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) community asset responsible for providing safe, available and affordable blood.


Generally healthy people age 16 or older who weigh at least 110 pounds can donate blood. Photo ID is required.
