BBA Invitational This Weekend

LAKEWOOD, NJ - The first BlueClaws Baseball Academy Invitational takes place at FirstEnergy Park this weekend featuring six teams including two from the BlueClaws Baseball Academy.

Friday, October 18th
6:30 pm - South Jersey IronPigs at New Jersey Royals

Saturday, October 19th
1:00 pm - BBA Red at South Jersey IronPigs
3:15 pm - New Jersey Royals at New Jersey Patriots
5:30 pm - South Jersey IronPigs at BBA Navy
7:45 pm - New Jersey Royals at South Jersey Stingrays

Sunday, October 20
9:00 am - New Jersey Patriots at BBA Red
11:15 am - BBA Navy at New Jersey Patriots
1:30 pm - South Jersey Stingrays at BBA Navy
3:45 pm - South Jersey Stingrays at BBA Red

Admission is FREE to all games and the FirstEnergy Park concession stands will be open.

Each games has a two-hour time limit and no inning can start after 1 hour and 45 minutes.

About BlueClaws Baseball Academy: BlueClaws Baseball Academy provides elite baseball instruction to youth players throughout the year at FirstEnergy Park and is fully supported by the Lakewood BlueClaws, single-A affiliate of the Philadelphia Phillies. This fall, the BlueClaws and BlueClaws Baseball Academy are running two 17-under teams, believed to be the first time that a Minor League Baseball team is running their own youth teams that play their home games in the Minor League stadium. 33 players from Monmouth, Ocean, and Burlington Counties have been chosen to play.
