Baysox Welcome New Food Service Partner

Food Services Job Fair scheduled for final February weekend.

BOWIE, Md. - The Bowie Baysox announced a partnership with Unique Food & Beverage (UFB) Tuesday afternoon. The new food services company replaces Spectra, which had served as the team's provider for 19 seasons.
"This is an exciting chapter in our history as we look to bring in local partners on the foodservice front," said Baysox General Manager Brian Shallcross. "We have worked with UFB for many years on a smaller scale and look forward to executing our joint vision of quality food and service moving forward."
A new local catering service will be announced next week, per the team's front office staff.
UFB has been a subcontractor at Prince George's Stadium for over 10 years, managing The Sweet Shop on the concourse during the 2019 season. The company is owned by Greg Barba, a native of Bowie.
"My staff and I are beyond excited to take on this new endeavor and work closely with the Baysox organization," said Barba. 
For those interested in working at Prince George's Stadium this summer, UFB will host a Food Services Job Fair February 28 and 29 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Available positions include: Concession Stand Employees, Cashiers, Food Preparation, Runners, Dishwashers, and Grill/Fry Cooks.
