Weekly and daily promotions promise plenty of fun at McKechnie Field

Bradenton, Fla. - The Bradenton Marauders today announced the 2015 promotional schedule for weekly and daily promotions. Single game tickets for the 2015 Bradenton Marauders season will go on sale on Monday, February 2 at 9:00 a.m. Purchasing tickets in advance provides a $2 savings on day-of-game pricing for adult tickets. The Marauders open the 2015 regular season on Saturday, April 11 at 6:30 p.m.

Marauders fans can stretch a dollar on Sundays at McKechnie Field. Every Sunday home game is a Family Fun Sunday, featuring $1 tickets and $1 hot dogs sponsored by Kayem. After the game, all kids 12 and younger will get to run the bases during the Kids Fun Run presented by Mosaic. The Marauders will also combat the heat on Sundays by offering Splash Days with giant inflatable water slides provided for fans to cool off.

Tuesdays, the First Mates Kids Club takes over the ballpark. Membership in the First Mates Kids Club is available to all children 12 and younger. The club offers the option of a free membership or a $15 membership jam packed with more than $170 worth of value. Free memberships include a membership card, a free ticket to two Tuesday home games, a $2 discount on tickets to all other Tuesday home games, a 15 percent team score discount, and the opportunity to play catch on the field at two select Tuesday home games. Paid members additionally receive a free ticket to all 10 Tuesday home games, a bonus ticket to a Sunday game featuring an ice cream social with the Marauders team, a club t-shirt, a free meal at each Tuesday game, and numerous on-field experiences throughout the season. After the game, all kids 12 and younger will get to run the bases during the Kids Fun Run presented by Mosaic. Fans of all ages can enjoy Baseball Bingo presented by Jersey Mike's Subs and PLS Print at each Tuesday home game.

Also on Tuesdays, Chick-fil-A is giving fans two tickets for the price of one. Stop by the Chick-fil-A at the DeSoto Square Mall to pick up a buy one, get one free Tuesday night coupon. Coupon distribution will begin in early April.

Every Wednesday from April 15-September 2 is Marauders Fan Appreciation Day at Papa John's Pizza. Whether the Marauders are at home or on the road, Papa John's Pizza will offer 50 percent off online orders to fans that use the promo code MARAUDERS50. This offer is valid at participating Papa John's locations only.

Thirsty Thursdays presented by Budweiser and Ticket Sarasota gives fans a chance to fill up their cups without emptying out their wallets. Sodas and select draft beers will cost just $1. Join the Thirsty Thursday Club, your TICKET to Thirsty Thursdays, for only $60 to receive a club t-shirt, a ticket to every Thursday game, special concessions discounts, and the opportunity to earn great rewards all season. Each club member gets to start their Thursday night off right with one free 12 ounce beverage at each Thursday home game. Marauders season ticket holders can join the Thirsty Thursday Club for just $10.

Happy Hour Fridays presented by Pier 22 Restaurant kick the weekend off right. Great drink specials will be offered from 5:30 p.m.-6:30p.m., sponsored by Cheney Brothers. Every Friday is a Free Shirt Friday. The first 750 fans receive a free Marauders t-shirt with a different theme each week. Be sure to collect all 12.

Saturday nights are Silverauders Night presented by Humana. Fans age 60 and older can join the Silverauders club for $30 and receive a free game ticket and meal voucher to each Saturday home game, a club t-shirt, and other great membership benefits. Saturday night will also feature Baseball Bingo presented by Jersey Mike's Subs and PLS Print.

New in 2015, the Marauders are introducing a Lady Marauders Club. Membership is $50, and includes a ticket to each Saturday home game, invitations to participate in members only pregame events, happy hour specials at the ballpark, a club t-shirt, and more. Season ticket holders can join the Lady Marauders Club for just $10.

The Marauders 2015 home opener is Saturday, April 11 at 6:30 p.m. against the St. Lucie Mets. The game will be Pirates and Princesses Night featuring horse and carriage rides. The first 500 fans will receive a Marauders magnet schedule courtesy of Pepsi. Bright House Networks and Budweiser present postgame fireworks on opening night. Additional fireworks shows are scheduled for June 12, July 3, August 15, and September 4.

The 2015 Bark in the Park series presented by ABC 7 will be held on April 19, May 26, June 27, July 23, and August 16. Bark badges will cost an additional $2 on the price of admission with the proceeds benefitting the Humane Society of Manatee County.

Popular annual promotions returning in 2015 include the pre-game Easter Egg Hunt on April 12, Superhero Night on May 1, Halfway to Halloween on May 26, Military Appreciation Night presented by Miller High Life on July 24, and the Fifth Annual Condiment Duel presented by Keeton's Office & Art Supply on July 17. Star Wars Night returns to McKechnie Field on July 18, featuring appearances by characters from the iconic science fiction film franchise and a jersey auction to raise money to help the Center for Building Hope combat cancer. The Marauders will also be aiding the fight against cancer on April 18 with American Cancer Society Relay for Life Night presented by Blake Medical Center.

The Marauders will offer three free ticket nights in 2015. April 20 is a Free Ticket Night presented by A/C Warehouse, with free ticket vouchers available at A/C Warehouse at 710 60^th Court Street East in Bradenton. May 18 is a Free Ticket Night sponsored by Goodwill Manasota - donate or shop at any Goodwill in Manatee County or Sarasota County to receive a free ticket voucher. J.D. Byrider presents the third and final Free Ticket Night on June 15.

When purchased in advance, tickets for the regular season Marauders games cost $8 per seat for adult tickets in infield box, infield reserve, baseline box, and grandstand seats. Left field bleacher seats cost $6 per adult ticket. Tickets for children 12 and younger cost $7 in infield box, infield reserve, baseline box, and grandstand sections, and $5 per ticket in the left field bleachers. There is no change in day-of-game pricing for children's tickets. The Marauders will offer a $1 military discount for Monday-Saturday home games to anyone presenting a valid military ID at the McKechnie Field box office when purchasing tickets.

Marauders season and group ticket packages are on sale now. Marauders season tickets cost $300 for all 70 regular season home games. Season ticket holders receive numerous great benefits, including the ability to exchange unused past or future tickets to any future 2015 Marauders regular season game. Groups of 10 or more can purchase tickets in any section for just $5 per ticket if booked at least three days in advance.

The McKechnie Field box office hours are from 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. on week days when there is not a Pirates Spring Training home game until March 30. On weekends, the box office will be open from 10:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. when there is not a home game. Spring Training day-of-game box office hours will be 9:00 a.m. until 30 minutes after the final out.
