BRADENTON, Fla. - In the final game of a three game series between the Bradenton Marauders and the Jupiter Hammerheads at LECOM Park, the visitors took the third contest by a 9-4 score to finish off a three game sweep by a combined 13 run advantage in their final trip west of the season.

RHP James Marvel worked through seven innings for the fourth consecutive outing to add to his league leading innings pitched total with 115.2 now on the season. Marvel allowed three early runs in the first three innings, but settled down late to face just two batters over the minimum over his final four frames on the mound. The righty finished with four runs, all earned, a pair of walks and four strikeouts in his third 10:30 am start of the season. LHP Ronny Agustin allowed the final five runs in the contest, all coming in the visitor's half of the final inning with only three of them earned after an error brought in the final two for the Hammerheads. LHP Jordan Jess finished the game by allowing an inherited runner to score, but the lefty worked a pair of flyouts for the final two outs of the top of the eight-batter ninth inning for Jupiter.

Bradenton plated all four of their runs in a single outburst that occurred in the second inning. Lucas Tancas led off the run scoring effort with a double that was followed up by a pair of walks to set up Garrett Brown for a 2 RBI single that was followed up by an Adrian Valerio two-bagger to make the score 4-3, the only lead the Marauders held during the game. The shortstop's double tied Jared Oliva for the team lead with 21, and gave him 39 runs batted in this season, already extending a career high mark in the category.

The Marauders welcome in the Daytona Tortugas to LECOM Park for the final time on Thursday, with first pitch scheduled for 6:30 with RHP Gavin Wallace making his third start for the home side.
