Food Trucks, Wool E's Birthday Highlight Homestand

Eight-Game Home Stretch Headlined by Popular Promotions

The Governors' Cup Champion Durham Bulls return to downtown Durham on Tuesday, May 13 to begin an eight-game homestand featuring visits from the Charlotte Knights and Louisville Bats. The loaded promotional calendar is highlighted by the DBAP Food Truck Fest, 80s Night, and Wool E. Bull's birthday celebration.

The division rival Charlotte Knights return to town to kick off a four-game series with the defending Champs on Tuesday, May 13 at 7:05pm. Every Tuesday home game features the 2-for-1 ROOsdays offer, where fans can get two Terrace Reserved tickets for the price of one when they show or mention the Kangaroo Express app at the DBAP box office.

On Wednesday, May 14, gates open at 6:00pm for a 7:05pm game featuring the return of the DBAP Food Truck Fest, when eight renowned local trucks will have their famous culinary treats available for purchase on the Diamond View concourse within Durham Bulls Athletic Park. Participants at the DBAP Food Truck Fest include Only Burger, Chirba Chirba, Parlez-Vous Crepe, BaguettAboutIt, Porchetta, The Humble Pig, and American Melt Down

Fans will be transported back in time on Thursday, May 15 when the Bulls present 80s Night. At all Thursday home games, with the exception of July 3, fans can enjoy $1 Bright Leaf hot dogs, popcorn and fries. In addition, Thursdays are College Nights where students can get a Terrace Reserved ticket and $5 in Bulls Bucks for just $11 or an Outfield Reserved ticket for only $5.99 by entering the promo code COLLEGE (and using a valid .edu email address) when purchasing tickets online at durhambulls.com. Finally, fans take advantage of the Blue Cross Blue Shield of NC True Blue Thursday promotion, where they can get a game ticket and exclusive cap for just $11. First pitch for Thursday's game, presented by Click It or Ticket, is at 7:05pm.

The Bulls conclude the four-game set with the Chicago White Sox Triple-A affiliate on Friday, May 16. The 7:05pm series finale is presented by Triangle Orthopaedic Associates and features a Friday Night Fireworks show presented by Duke Energy.

On Saturday, May 17, the Louisville Bats begin their only visit of the season to the Bull City with a 7:05pm game presented by Chevrolet.

The series with the Cincinnati Reds affiliate continues on Sunday, May 18 with a busy 5:05pm game. Furry friends from sports teams and sponsors around the state will gather at the DBAP to celebrate Minor League Baseball's most famous mascot during Wool E. Bull's annual birthday celebration. The 18th also features the first of four Bike to the Ballpark events, presented by GoTriangle and Great Outdoor Provision Company. Fans who ride their bicycle to the DBAP and park it in the secure bike valet will receive a voucher for a $10 ticket which includes $5 in food credit. Following the game, Kids Run the Bases thanks to Nature's Twist.

Northwestern Mutual presents the 7:05pm game on Monday, May 19. The homestand then concludes on Tuesday, May 20 with a 1:05pm midweek matinee, which features Senior Day and recurring the 2-for-1 ROOSday ticket offer.

The defending International League Champion Durham Bulls return to the renovated Durham Bulls Athletic Park on Tuesday, May 13 for an eight-game homestand featuring visits from the Charlotte Knights and Louisville Bats.
