Event Information

Gate Entrances:
All tickets have been assigned a specific gate entrance to ensure proper ingress and egress for social distancing. If you have tickets between Sections 101 and 111, you will enter through the main gates at the corner of S Mint Street and W MLK Jr. Blvd. If you have tickets between Sections 112 and 121, you will enter the left field gates on Graham Street near 4th St. Please see the attached map for your reference, as you will be re-directed to the appropriate gates based on your tickets on your mobile phone.

Temperature Checks:
At each entrance guests will be temperature checked by Atrium Health personnel. If you do not pass the temperature check of 100.7, you will not be allowed to enter the ballpark and will be given a refund for your ticket. In that event, a Charlotte Knights staff member will collect your information and your refund will be processed the following week.

Bag Check/Ticket Check:
Before entering the stadium, all bags will be checked and tickets will be scanned. No outside food or beverage is allowed inside the stadium.

Mask Protocol at Truist Field:
Masks are required AT ALL TIMES inside Truist Field.
If a guest does not have a mask when being temperature checked, Atrium Health will have masks to hand out. Guests refusing to wear a mask will not be allowed access into Truist Field.

Inside the ballpark, masks must be worn at all times unless actively eating or drinking. Masks must be worn on the concourse, in the restrooms, moving to and from the seating bowl, and when sitting in your seats. Charlotte Knights staff members will be monitoring all guests at the event. If a patron does not follow these protocols, they will be asked to leave the venue without a refund. Truist Field and the Charlotte Knights are enforcing these protocols in compliance with NC Governor Cooper’s guidelines.

Event Schedule:
Gates will open at 5:30 pm. The show starts at 7:00 pm. At the conclusion of the performance, the Symphony will leave the field followed shortly after by a Fireworks Spectacle. At the end of the event, all guests will be asked to leave through the same gates they entered.

If you have any questions about the event, the Truist Field CDC venue protocol or other concerns, please email the Charlotte Knights at [email protected]. Again, we look forward to hosting this event safely for all guests and welcome the Symphony to the ballpark for a memorable evening.
