Hurricane Florence Collection Drive Received Nearly 140,000 Critically-Needed Items

(UPTOWN CHARLOTTE, NC) -- The Charlotte Knights partnered with Entercom Charlotte and Second Harvest Food Bank of Metrolina on Wednesday, September 26th to collect cases of bottled water and boxes of diapers for those impacted by Hurricane Florence in North and South Carolina.

Members of the Charlotte Knights front office staff, along with members of Entercom Charlotte's staff, and members of Second Harvest Food Bank of Metrolina collected nearly 140,000 critically-needed items.

The Knights would like to take time to thank all of those who stopped by BB&T Ballpark between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. to make a contribution.
