Stadium Policies

No Refunds ALL SALES ARE FINAL. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS. No refunds on deposits or payments made in full for Charlotte Stone Crabs Season Tickets. All handling charges are non-refundable. Please call our Front Offices at 941-206-4487 if you have any further questions.

Address Changes If at any time during the season, or even during the off season, you have an address, phone, work, fax, or email change, please let us know. We want to make sure we have all of your correct account information at all times.

Alcohol Management Florida law provides that you must be 21 years of age to purchase and/or consume alcoholic beverages. Upon request, each customer may be asked to present valid identification at the time of purchase. The Charlotte Stone Crabs reserve the right to refuse service to any fan. Please drink responsibly. If you find yourself in need of transportation service, please go to the Fan Assistance booth so that alternate transportation can be arranged. Alcohol sales will cease with the first pitch of the top of the eighth (8th) inning. No alcoholic beverages are allowed outside of the Charlotte Sports Park gates.

ATMs ATMs are located in the Stone Crabs Team Store on the concourse behind homeplate.

Autographs Guests may seek autographs from players and coaches from the time the gates open until 15 minutes prior to game time. The autograph areas are located on the outer sides of both the home and visiting dugouts. Guests will not be allowed to seek autographs at the dugout corners closest to home plate. Please be courteous and respectful to the players and coaches as well as guests possessing tickets in autograph areas. If you are seeking autographs in a seating section other than your own, you may be asked to proceed to your designated seating section.

Banners Banners or signs of any kind representing any company, organization or group not an official sponsor of the Charlotte Stone Crabs are not permitted anywhere in the ballpark.

Conduct While at Charlotte Sports Park we want everyone to have a great time every time they come out to the ballpark. Fans using loud, obscene, or abusive language or engaging in any other conduct detrimental to the social environment of enjoying a public event will be asked to cease their conduct, and may be subject to ejection from the stadium if the conduct is deemed overly offensive. No alcohol or illegal drugs may be brought into Charlotte Sports Park. Fans observed breaking local laws are subject to ejection from the stadium and criminal prosecution. For your safety and the safety of others, please refrain from throwing objects onto the playing field. Fans doing so are subject to ejection from the ballpark.

First Aid and Fan Assistance If you are in need of medical assistance or customer service, you can find help at the First Aid Station located on the concourse behind the Press Box, just to the right as you first enter Charlotte Sports Park through the Main Gate.

Foul Balls Please be alert for foul balls and any other "debris" that may come into the seating area from the playing field. All fans are subject to the possibility of being hit by a flying object from the field. Please keep any foul ball you catch as a souvenir of your night at Charlotte Sports Park.

Game Days Gates open 1 hour prior to game time. Thus, for a 6:30 p.m. game, the gates will open at 5:30 p.m.

Handicap Seating Charlotte Sports Park is equipped with handicap and companion seating throughout the entire ballpark. If you need any special assistance, please contact the Box Office so that we may accommodate your needs.

Stone Crabs Merchandise Charlotte Stone Crabs merchandise (hats, t-shirts, balls, etc.) will be available at the team store located under the Press Box.

Lost and Found If you lose or find any items while at Charlotte Sports Park, please report to the Security Station located behind the Press Box. Following a game, fans may also call the Stone Crabs main office, 941-206-4487, to inquire about lost or found items.

Lost or Stolen Tickets Please treat your tickets like cash and always keep them in a safe place. In the event that your tickets are stolen, please file a police report. Send us a copy of the report and we'll issue replacements. The Charlotte Stone Crabs can not be responsible for lost or stolen tickets.

No Chairs No patio or folding chairs of any kind may be brought into Charlotte Sports Park. Seat cushions and blankets are permitted.

No Outside Food or Beverages Are Allowed In accordance with Florida State League rules, fans are not allowed to enter Charlotte Sports Park with food, peanuts, beverages, or other containers such as book bags, picnic baskets, coolers, water bottles or ice chests. No bottles or cans of any kind are allowed. Charlotte Sports Park security reserves the right to inspect and confiscate any package or container coming into the ballpark. Purses and diaper bags are permitted but may be subject to a search.

Parking Parking at Charlotte Sports Park is $4 unless you purchased a Full Season Seat package.

Peddling or Vending The peddling, vending, or distribution of merchandise or printed materials at Charlotte Sports Park is not allowed. The Charlotte Stone Crabs must grant permission for these activities.

Radios, Cameras and Video Equipment Radios (if they are a small "Walkman" type of radio), cameras, and video recorders are permitted at Charlotte Sports Park. Fans may not reproduce or rebroadcast any film or videotape shot at Charlotte Sports Park for any commercial use without the permission of the Charlotte Stone Crabs.

Rain Out Procedure The Charlotte Stone Crabs are committed to providing you, our great fans, the best possible alternatives in the event there is inclement weather. We have several rain and weather related policies so please read all of our weather related information by clicking here.

Re-Entry to the Stadium During Spring Training, once you leave the stadium, you cannot re-enter. During the Stone Crabs season, a fan host at each gate will mark your ticket when you exit, allowing for re-entry. Please see below for Smoking Policy.

Restrooms Public restrooms and Family Restrooms are located on the main concourse level behind sections 218 through 201 and behind the Centerfield Wall, and are equipped to serve handicapped fans. All restrooms will come equipped with baby changing stations.

Scalping of Tickets Tickets must not be resold or offered for resale in a manner or at a price in violation of any Federal, State or Local law or regulation and cannot be resold on the grounds of Charlotte Sports Park. Scalpers will be escorted off of stadium grounds by the Charlotte County Police Department.

Smoking Policy Smoking is not permitted inside the stadium. The designated smoking area during Spring Training is located on the third base concourse near the gate and during the Stone Crabs season is outside either the Home Plate Gate or the First Base Gate.

Tailgating Tailgating is not permitted at Charlotte Sports Park.

Ticket Policy for Children Everyone at Charlotte Sports Park has to have a ticket for entry into the park. Children three (3) years or under that are able to sit on your lap do not need a ticket.

Trespassing on the Field Anyone trespassing on the playing field will be ejected and subject to arrest and prosecution in accordance with local city and county law.

Weapons For the safety of all guests, weapons of any kind are not be permitted in Charlotte Sports Park. The only exception to this is law enforcement personnel in the performance of their official duties. The presenter of a game ticket consents to a reasonable search for weapons at any time. Failure to comply with the above conditions will result in no admittance or ejection. No refunds or exchanges will be allowed in such an event.

Will Call Window Stone Crabs' will call and ticket sales windows are located directly in front of the box office on the outside of the stadium. Will call tickets will be available on the night of the game only and will call will open two (2) hours prior to the start of any home game. Persons picking up will call tickets are required to show photo identification.
