Tacoma outfielder Jabari Blash hit three home runs in the Rainiers 13-4 win over the El Paso Chihuahuas Tuesday at Southwest University Park. Blash had an eighth-inning at bat to try for a historic fourth home run but El Paso reliever Branch Kloess struck him out. Blash has six home runs and 17 RBIs in seven games against the Chihuahuas this year.

El Paso scored the first run of the game on Travis Buck's first-inning RBI double but Tacoma had three runs or more in the third, fourth and sixth innings to create a lopsided lead. Logan Morrison is in Tacoma's lineup on a Seattle Mariners injury rehab assignment and went 1-for-5 with a three run home run. Former San Diego Padre Xavier Nady went 3-for-4 with an RBI for Tacoma.

Adam Moore and Jake Goebbert had three hits each in the loss for El Paso. Kloess and Bobby LaFromboise threw scoreless outings out of the Chihuahuas bullpen. The Chihuahuas do not play Wednesday.
