The Las Vegas 51s scored 11 runs in their final two innings to come back and beat the El Paso Chihuahuas 13-7 Thursday. The 51s took two of the three games in the series.

The Chihuahuas scored first and carried a 3-0 lead into the sixth inning but Las Vegas pushed across two runs in the sixth, six runs in the seventh and five more in the eighth to win. Dusty Coleman went 2-for-3 with a double and a home run, his second homer in as many games. Nick Buss went 3-for-4 with a home run and is now hitting .387 through his 63 games with El Paso.
Dillon Overton pitched well in a no-decision, allowing two runs in six innings. The Chihuahuas lefty has surrendered only three runs in 11 innings with El Paso.
Thursday's first pitch temperature of 109 degrees was the hottest in Chihuahuas history.
