Fireflies and Cannon Ballers Postpone Game Again

COLUMBIA, SC – The Columbia Fireflies and Kannapolis Cannon Ballers postponed their game scheduled for Thursday evening at Segra Park due to wet grounds. They will make-up the contest as park of a doubleheader tomorrow at 4:35 pm. Gates for the contest will open at 4 pm.
The Fireflies will lead with RHP Luinder Avila (2-3, 3.63 ERA) and LHP Brooks Gosswein (0-0, 1.13 ERA) will start for Kannapolis in game one. Both game two starters have yet to be announced.
The wait is finally over! Tomorrow evening is Grateful Dead Night at Segra Park. The fun starts when the gates open as the first 1,000 fans through the gates will receive a free Grateful Dead themed shirt as they hear a live tribute band play along the concourse.
