Single Game Tickets & Flex Vouchers
Due to the canceled Hooks season, 2020 single-game purchasers have the option to apply their ticket cost to the 2021 campaign. Fans who roll their credit to 2021 will receive one GA voucher for each ticket purchased. The vouchers are good for Monday through Thursday games, though blackout dates may be set.
Additionally, fans who take advantage of this program have access to a 2021 presale, ensuring their credit will be applied to preferred seat locations at the games of their choice.

Groups & Hospitality
Fans who booked group outings and hospitality spaces for this season may apply their credit to a 2020 special event or any 2021 offering, such as hospitality areas, group nights and season memberships.
Rollover adopters will have booking priority for 2021 events, as well as a 25% discount on group merchandise.

Is Whataburger Field open?
As we continue to support local and national social distancing efforts, Whataburger Field is closed and Hooks staffers are currently working remotely. Is the team store open?
Hook, Line & Sinker, the club's official team store, is closed to the public. However, you may purchase merchandise online at cchooks.com/shop. When ordering online, please note the in-store pick up option is temporarily unavailable. Orders will be shipped out 2-3 times per week, based on volume. Will it be safe to attend events at Whataburger Field this year?
The Hooks would like to assure you that we will not host events until it is safe to do so. We will continue to work with local and state health authorities and follow recommendations of the government as well as MiLB, the Houston Astros, and MLB.
Will there be a 2021 baseball season?
At this time, we cannot speculate on the status of the 2021 Hooks season. However, the Hooks are operating with intents to play as scheduled.
What is the Astros player pool?
The player pool, or "taxi squad," consists of approximately 25 reserve players designated by the Houston Astros who will train at Whataburger Field beginning July 25 through the 2020 MLB season. Any of these players may be called up by the Astros as a replacement.
Can I watch training sessions at Whataburger Field?
Fans will not be permitted at the ballpark to watch training sessions. Check the Hooks' social media channels on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram for taxi squad content.
