BELOIT, Wisc. - Monday night's contest between the Kane County Cougars and Beloit Snappers has been postponed because of rain at Pohlman Field. The ballgame will be made up as part of a doubleheader on Tuesday at 4:00.
Pitchers for the ballgames have yet to be determined, but the Cougars were planning to start right-hander Jose Arias on Monday with lefty Michael Heesch taking the mound on Tuesday. The Cougars have now been postponed in four of their last five days.
The Cougars and Snappers will play games one and two in a three-game set on Tuesday with a doubleheader at 4:00 p.m. The Cougars return to Fifth Third Bank Ballpark on Thursday, April 18 at 6:30 p.m. to play the Quad Cities River Bandits.
