GRAND CHUTE, Wisc. - Thursday night's contest between the Kane County Cougars and the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers has been postponed because of inclement weather at Time Warner Cable Field. The Cougars and Timber Rattlers will make up the contest as part of a doubleheader on Friday at 5:05 p.m.
The Cougars will play two seven-inning contests with their pitching staff to be determined. Right-hander Jose Arias (0-0) was the scheduled starter for the Cougars on Thursday. Wisconsin will throw right-hander Tyler Wagner in game one and southpaw Mike Strong in the second contest.
The Cougars open up a four-game set with the Timber Rattlers on Friday by playing a doubleheader, beginning at 5:05.
