Inclement Weather Postpones Cougars Game

Tonight's Contest Between Cougars and Peoria Has Been Postponed; Doubleheader Scheduled For Thursday

GENEVA, Ill. - Wednesday night's game between the Kane County Cougars and the Peoria Chiefs has been postponed due to rain. The game will be made up as part of a doubleheader on Thursday, June 15 with two seven inning contests.

Fans who purchased tickets for tonight's game are advised to contact the Cougars box office at 630-232-8811 regarding their exchange options.

Game one of the doubleheader will begin at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. Game two will start roughly 45 minutes after game one has ended. Gates at Northwestern Medicine Field will open at 4 p.m. Tomorrow's doubleheader will not affect the events for Take Me Out to the Ballgame III with Hawk Harrelson and Dr. Bob Froehlich in the Super Suite.
