'Dads Announce 2014 Hot Stove Banquet
Hickory, NC - The Hickory Crawdads have announced details for their 2014 Hot Stove Banquet, which will be held on Wednesday, January 29th at Rock Barn Golf & Spa. The night of food, fun and baseball will begin at 6:15 p.m. with the main program and dinner scheduled for 7 p.m.
The highlight of the event will be Texas Rangers Assistant GM Thad Levine, who will serve as the keynote speaker. Levine boasts 15 years of MLB front office experience, including the last eight with the Rangers, and will provide plenty of insight into the organization's inner workings and minor league operations.
The evening will also include several area baseball coaches from both the high school and college ranks. The coaches will have an opportunity to share their programs' achievements while fans will be able to learn about the local teams and leagues.
"This is shaping up to be an exciting year for us with the stadium renovations and the SAL All-Star Game, and this is a great way to kick things off," said Crawdads GM Mark Seaman. "This should be a fun night for the fans."
Tickets are available now starting at $30 for individuals, or $200 for tables of 8. Ticket prices include both dinner and the night's program.
