'Dads Lose Member of the Family
Ron Norman greeted fans for 20 years
Hickory, NC - The Hickory Crawdads would like to extend our condolences to the family of Ron Norman, a dedicated 20-year Crawdads employee who passed away at Burke County Hospice on September 17.
For nearly 70 games each season, Ron greeted fans with a smiling face as he took tickets at the ballpark's front gate. Ron was honored for his service on August 18, 2012, when the Crawdads presented him with a certificate of achievement and lifetime season tickets.
