Cutters Open 2017 Season Tuesday, June 20!

$4 million in renovations set to debut

The Williamsport Crosscutters open their 2017 season at the newly renovated BB&T Ballpark with returning manager Pat Borders, Tuesday, June 20 as they host the State College Spikes at 7:05pm. Opening Night 2017 is presented by BB&T & KISS 102.7.  

Opening Night promotions include; free Cutters fidget spinners for all fans age 14 and under and free Crosscutters schedule magnets for all fans. After the game, ZY Pyrotechnics fireworks light up the skies over the ballpark. 

The game will mark the debut of $4 million in off-season renovations to the ballpark including all-new seating in the entire stadium, the new UPMC Susquehanna Loggers Landing premium deck, new, upgraded safety netting, and a new playing surface installed and paid for by Major League Baseball.


Opening Night Schedule of Activities (subject to change)

5:00pm - MVP Gates open for MVP Club Members & Logger's Landing ticket holders

6:00pm - Main gates open

6:20pm - Pregame Live Interview on field (charity spotlight)

6:30pm-   Pregame Ceremonies (honorees speak)

6:49pm - Team Introductions 

6:54pm - National Anthem performed by The West Branch Chorus w/ giant American flag presentation by the Williamsport 

                     Detachment of the Marine Corps League

6:57pm - Managers & Umpires Meeting

7:00pm - Ceremonial 1st pitches

7:05pm - Crosscutters vs. State College Spikes!

Postgame - Fireworks
