For the week, Ortiz hit .389 with 3 home runs, 7 RBI's and an on-base percentage of .478.
Ortiz currently leads the New York-Penn League in home runs, slugging percentage and extra base hits
The award was presented prior to the Williamsport Crosscutters game on July 31.
