D-Braves Host Burlington Royals for Four-Game Series

Promotions include free hat and Paw Patrol night

DANVILLE, Va. - The Danville Braves will continue its 2018 season this week with a four-game set at Legion Field against the Burlington Royals from July 10-13 with all games beginning at 7 p.m.

DANVILLE, Va. - The Danville Braves will continue its 2018 season this week with a four-game set at Legion Field against the Burlington Royals from July 10-13 with all games beginning at 7 p.m.

On Tuesday, the D-Braves will host Paw Patrol night. Before the game, characters from Nickelodeon Jr's Kids television show Paw Patrol will be on the concourse before the game, presented by Soundwave Entertainment. Fans can also participate in $2 Tuesdays and receive general admission tickets, tallboys, hot dogs, corn dogs and french fries for only $2.
On Wednesday, Danville will hold Kids Free Wednesday. All kids 12 years old or younger are eligible to receive a free general admission ticket with the purchase of an adult ticket.
The Braves will hold a Mystery Ball sale on Thursday. Fans can purchase autographed baseballs collected from Minor League Baseball teams across the country, with all proceeds benefiting local charities in the Danville and Pittsylvania County areas. Thursday will also be Thirsty Thursday, where fans can enjoy discounted draft and fountain beverages, presented by Buffalo Wild Wings.
On Friday, the D-Braves will hand out caps to the first 500. Flashback to 2017 when the pinnacle of the Braves minor league system was the Gwinnett Braves. The Gwinnett Braves have since changed their name to the Stripers, but Danville will honor the G-Braves with a cap giveaway.
