WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. (Sept. 8, 2017) - For the third time in BB&T Ballpark history, the Winston-Salem Dash paced all 30 Class A-Advanced teams in total attendance. WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. (Sept. 8, 2017) - For the third time in BB&T Ballpark history, the Winston-Salem Dash paced all 30 Class A-Advanced teams in total attendance. The Dash welcomed 304,607 fans to BB&T Ballpark this season, which is the club's highest overall attendance mark since 2012.
Since moving downtown to BB&T Ballpark in 2010, Winston-Salem has finished either first or second in Class A-Advanced in overall and average attendance. Over these eight seasons, a total of 2,420,910 fans have enjoyed Dash baseball at BB&T Ballpark, which averages out to 302,614 fans per season.

"Without the consistent support of our amazing fans, we would not be able to celebrate milestones like this one," Dash President Geoff Lassiter said. "It was an exciting season at BB&T Ballpark, and we are thrilled that so many fans enjoyed Dash baseball here in 2017."
The Dash recorded 14 sellout crowds of 5,500 fans or more, including a BB&T Ballpark-record 9,007 fans for the club's Fourth of July Extravaganza. This mark exceeded the previous record for the facility by 823 fans.
