Dash to host "Energize the Ballpark" on June 3

Christian band Sidewalk Prophets to perform after Dash's 4 p.m. game

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. (May 3, 2017) - The Winston-Salem Dash are proud to announce the return of "Energize the Ballpark," presented by Eanes Heating and Air, to BB&T Ballpark's 2017 schedule. Following the Dash's 4 p.m. game against the Wilmington Blue Rocks on Saturday, June 3, Sidewalk Prophets will perform a concert for all fans in attendance.

Tickets to enjoy "Energize the Ballpark" featuring Sidewalk Prophets are available in advance for $10 per person and can be purchased by contacting the Dash at (336) 714-6873 or brittany.daley@wsdash.com. Tickets will be good for both the game and the concert. Discounted group packages are also available.

Sidewalk Prophets is set to come on stage approximately 30 minutes after the Dash and Blue Rocks wrap up their Saturday game. Fans can view the performance from the seating bowl at BB&T Ballpark.

The Christian music band, formed by lead singer Dave Frey and rhythm guitarist Ben McDonald, took home the GMA Dove Award for Best New Artist in 2010 and has had multiple songs crack the Top 20 Billboard Christian Singles chart. These singles include their number one hit "You Love Me Anyway", and "The Words I Would Say", which sat at number three on the 2009 list and is also featured on WOW Hits 2010 and WOW Hits 2011.
