Five Dragons Selected for MWL All-Star Game

The Midwest League today announced the rosters for the East Division and West Division all-star teams for the 2018 MWL All-Star Game at Lansing on June 19.  Five Dayton Dragons players were selected.  They are:Catcher Hendrik Clementina (selected to start the game as the designated hitter)Outfielder Stuart FairchildFirst baseman Montrell MarshallPitcher John

Over the first 18 years of the Dragons history, from 2000-2017, 86 Dragons players were selected to play in the Midwest League All-Star Game.  The list includes current Dragons manager Luis Bolivar as well as six players who later played in the Major League All-Star Game (Adam Dunn, Edwin Encarnación, Jay Bruce, Johnny Cueto, Travis Wood, and Justin Turner).  Here is the complete list of Dayton Dragons in the Midwest League All-Star Game:
