Hendrix (1-2) was handed the loss, allowing two runs (one earned) in the 11th, while allowing one hit, two walks, and one strikeout. Sosebee picked up his fifth save, retiring the final two hitters of the game.
The loss for Daytona drops their record to 21-11, and their lead to 3 ½ games over the Tarpons in the North Division. The Tortugas now head on the road to Clearwater for an eight-day, seven game road trip that begins Thursday. LHP
