Auburn, NY - The Auburn Doubledays of the New York-Penn League, Single-A Short-Season affiliate of the Washington Nationals, are pleased to announce the hiring of Michael Voutsinas as the club's General Manager. Voutsinas will begin his duties at the Doubledays' Falcon Park offices immediately.

"We are thrilled to welcome Mike to the Auburn Doubledays," said team President David Daum. "To have a General Manager with the experience and connections within Minor League Baseball that Mike has will surely benefit our organization and, more importantly, our fans."

The Doubledays will open the 2014 season with a home game on Friday, June 13 at Leo Pinckney Field at Falcon Park against the Batavia Muckdogs. Season ticket plans for the upcoming season are on sale now and can be purchased by calling the Doubledays at (315) 255-2489.
