The Tulsa Drillers are in the Texas League playoffs for the first time since 2014, and that means more baseball action at ONEOK Field this season.   As winner of the TL's second-half North Division title, the Drillers could host as many as six playoff games in downtown Tulsa during the post-season.
The complete schedule of possible games is below, with the first home game for the Drillers slated to be played on Friday, September 8. Tulsa will face Northwest Arkansas in the best-of-five North Division Playoff Series, with the Naturals hosting the first two games of the series in Springdale, Arkansas. The Drillers will host game three of the series, and if necessary, games four and five.
If Tulsa defeats Northwest Arkansas in the division series, it would advance to the best-of-five Texas League Championship Series to face the South Division Playoff Series winner. The Drillers would also open that series on the road with the first two games being played in the stadium of the South winner. ONEOK Field would host game three, and if necessary, games four and five.
Promotions are scheduled for each of the games that could be played in Tulsa. The Friday games will feature post-game Fireworks, while the Saturday games will be "Buck Night" with $1 hot dogs, beer and popcorn. For the Sunday games, it will Kids Eat Free.
Individual tickets for all six possible playoff games in Tulsa are now on sale at the ONEOK Field Ticket Office. Tickets are also available online at TulsaDrillers.com or by calling 918-744-5901.
