The Tulsa Drillers will be well represented at the 2013 Texas League All-Star Game in Springdale, Arkansas as six players have been selected to participate in this year's event. Texas League President Tom Kayser announced Tuesday the 48 players chosen to participate in the 77th annual mid-season exhibition.

This year's game will be played at Arvest Ballpark, home of the Northwest Arkansas Naturals, on Tuesday, June 25.

The six Drillers chosen to represent the North Division in the game include pitchers Christian Bergman and Tyler Matzek, outfielders Kent Matthes and Kyle Parker, second baseman Angelys Nina and first baseman Kiel Roling.

All four position players from Tulsa will be in the North team's starting lineup. Matthes and Parker will start in the outfield, Nina at second base, and Roling will serve as the team's designated hitter.

Starting pitchers for the game have yet to be determined.

The North Division is made up of the Arkansas Travelers, Northwest Arkansas Naturals, Springfield Cardinals and Tulsa Drillers, while the South Division consists of the Corpus Christi Hooks, Frisco RoughRiders, Midland RockHounds and San Antonio Missions.

Players were chosen for the All-Star Game through voting by Texas League managers and media personnel.
