Big Night at the Plate Leads to Victory

A season-high 15 hits paced the Tri-City Dust Devils to the 8-4 victory over the Everett AquaSox on Tuesday night. The Dust Devils used a five-run third inning to give the team a lead that they would not relinquish. Trent Blank registered his Northwest League-high third save of the year in the victory.

The three-game series with the AquaSox will wrap up on Wednesday night. Peter Tago will toe the rubber for the Dust Devils. It will be the second start of the season for Tago, who suffered a loss in his first outing on opening night.
