Emeralds Hold Dust Devils Scoreless

For the second time in four games the Tri-City Dust Devils were shut out by the Eugene Emeralds, falling on Sunday night 6-0. Konner Wade was impressive on the mound in his professional debut for the Dust Devils. The University of Arizona product retired the first seven batters he faced, but allowed one run in four innings and suffered the loss. The game included a twenty-four minute rain delay after the fifth inning.  

The five-game series at PK Park will wrap up on Monday night. Left-hander Sam Moll will toe the rubber for the Dust Devils. Eugene will counter with righty Erik Cabrera.
