The Eugene Emeralds are proud to release a brand new, team-branded food truck named "Pitchin' Kitchen." The food truck comes fully loaded with Sasquatch-themed signage, scrumptious food options and plenty to satisfy your hunger. This one-of-a-kind treat will be roaming the city and PK Park all year long!
The Pitchin' Kitchen is a fully equipped food truck ready to serve a variety of unique and classic ballpark foods. The truck will serve seasoned French fries and kettle chips with all menu items, and a large griddle stove for our premium hotdogs, sausages, brats and a variety of burgers. The delicious maple bacon brat is making a return with a bratwurst served on a Dizzy Dean's maple bar topped with maple glaze and bacon. The Pitchin' Kitchen is also equipped with a draft beer system for private events and, of course, the ballpark.
"With this new addition to our team, we hope that fans all over Eugene and Lane County will get a chance to experience the true taste of our ballpark, not just during the summer, but all year long," says Allan Benavides, General Manager of the club. "Our commitment to a top-rate, family friendly experience makes ideas like this possible, and our club cannot wait for everyone to enjoy a truly unique food truck."
The Pitchin' Kitchen will make its debut on May 5th at the Willamalane Center on 32nd St. in Springfield during the Lane United FC soccer game, with opening scheduled for 6 p.m. Fans can check the Emeralds Baseball Twitter, @EugeneEmeralds, or the "Street Food Eugene" app for its location and future schedule.
