Launch-a-Ball, presented by Domino's Pizza, is a great way for non-profit groups to raise money on game day. Each organization receives numbered tennis balls to sell for $1 each or 6 for $5 from a table on the UPMC Park concourse. Groups can also walk around the ballpark and sell them in the stands and on the Suite Level. Each non-profit group receives 25% of gross sales for their night! They also receive in-park recognition via live public address announcements on their night and can display promotional materials at their table to promote their cause.
Fans who purchase from Launch-a-Ball groups will have the opportunity to toss their numbered tennis ball(s) into hula hoops on the field after the game for a chance to win a great prize from Domino's, Moe's Southwest Grill, TGI Fridays, Greengarden Lanes, and Taco Bell.
Launch-a-Ball is available at most SeaWolves games at UPMC Park. It is not available on UPMC Health Plan Education Day games with 10:35 a.m. start times.
