Fightin Phils host Bark in the Park tonight

Friday, April 14th and Tuesday, August 1st fans can bring their dogs to America's Classic Ballpark

(Reading, Pa) - The Reading Fightin Phils have announced there will be two Bark in the Park nights this upcoming season. Fans are permitted to bring their dogs to FirstEnergy Stadium on "Dogs Opening Night" on Friday, April 14th at 7:05 p.m. and on "Bark in the Park Dog Night" on Tuesday, August 1st at 7:05 p.m.

Friday, April 14th when the Fightin Phils host the Richmond Flying Squirrels, will be Dogs Opening Night. Dogs can take part in the atmosphere of their Opening Night by being permitted into America's Classic Ballpark to enjoy a night of baseball and fun. The first 1,000 adults will receive an Aaron Nola Golden Bobble Head thanks to Feesers, and there will be a Beer Tasting Festival at the Deck with Fightins Craft Beer Partners presented by DeWalt Brewing. It will be your dog's first chance to greet the 2017 Fightin Phils!

The second Bark in the Park night will be on Tuesday, August 1st when the Fightin Phils host the Harrisburg Senators at 7:05 p.m. There will be a special appearance by the Paw Patrol with Dog contests and prizes, such as best dressed dog, dog that looks most like their owner, and more.  

Fans can purchase a special $5 ticket that will permit their dog to enter the ballpark. They can purchase the ticket for Blue Box, Yellow Box, Green Box or General Admission sections.   Fans can purchase tickets online at fightins.com/tickets or in person at the Box Office located at FirstEnergy Stadium.
