KISSIMMEE, Fla. (June 15, 2017) - The Florida Fire Frogs and Daytona Tortugas' doubleheader was canceled due to inclement weather on Thursday night at Osceola County Stadium. The two teams will not make up the contests, as they will not play each other again in the first half.

Fans with tickets to Thursday's games can exchange them for any remaining home game for the 2017 season.

The Fire Frogs will take the next three days off for the Florida State League All-Star break starting Friday. Florida has eight representatives on the North Division roster for Saturday night's All-Star game at Publix Field at Joker Marchant Stadium.

Florida returns to action on Monday against the Tampa Yankees at George M. Steinbrenner Field. It has yet to be determined who will start for either side to open the series. First pitch is scheduled for 7:00 p.m.

The Fire Frogs return to Osceola County Stadium on Thursday, June 22 to take on the Florida Fort Myers Miracle. The opener to that series is "Thirsty Thursday" at the ballpark, where fans can enjoy 12 oz. beers and sodas for just $1.
