Kevin Nolan Heading to MLB Spring Training
New Hampshire native Kevin Nolan is joining pitchers Marcus Walden and Marcus Stroman as non-roster invitees to Blue Jays Spring Training this year. They are just a few of the names of former Fisher Cats headed south with the big leaguers in a few short weeks. As a non-roster invitee, they are invited to Spring Training despite not being on their respective club's 40-man roster.
All three of the above players shined for the Fisher Cats in 2013. They'll be headed to Dunedin next month along with OF Kenny Wilson and P Deck McGuire, fellow 2013 Fisher Cats who were both added to the Blue Jays 40-man roster last December.
