TRENTON, NJ - Vladimir Guerrero, Jr. drove in six runs and slugged his second home run in as many days as the New Hampshire Fisher Cats (Double-A, Blue Jays) pummeled the Trenton Thunder (Double-A, Yankees) 11-1 at ARM & HAMMER Park Monday night.

Guerrero's big fly was a solo shot in the eighth inning, a line drive to center field that cleared the 407-foot marker. He added a two-RBI double with two outs in the ninth to complete the finest offensive night of his young Double-A career.
Bo Bichette notched his first three-hit game of the season and scored three times. The #2 Blue Jays prospect (MLB.com) has had a multi-hit performance in each of the last four games.
After both teams scored a run in the first, New Hampshire took the lead for good when Guerrero, Jr. plated Jonathan Davis from third with a sacrifice fly to make it 2-1.
Starter Jon Harris (W, 1-0) went five innings, scattered four hits, walked one and struck out two. He finished the outing by retiring eight consecutive hitters. Conor Fisk and Danny Young combined on four shutout innings of relief and allowed just two base runners in that span.
A three-run fifth - capped by Gunnar Heidt's two RBI single with two outs and the bases loaded - and a two run sixth in which the 'Cats scored without recording a hit put the game out of reach.
Davis scored four times and collected two hits, joining Guerrero and Bichette as one of three 'Cats with multiple base hits in the contest.
With the win, the Fisher Cats are 5-0 for the first time in franchise history.
The series continues tomorrow night at ARM & HAMMER Park. RHP Francisco Rios (0-0, 0.00 ERA) is set to go for New Hampshire while RHP Erik Swanson (1-0, 0.00 ERA) is on the hill for the Thunder. Coverage begins with the Fisher Cats Pregame Show at 6:45 p.m. ET and continues with first pitch at 7p.m. on the WGIR Fisher Cats Radio Network.
The Fisher Cats come home to Northeast Delta Dental Stadium for the first time this season on Friday, April 13 to start a three-game series against the Yard Goats. Tim Tebow's Binghamton Rumble Ponies (New York Mets) come to down from April 16-19.
