Keys and Red Sox Washed Out

Doubleheader Scheduled for Wednesday

SALEM, VA-Tuesday night's game between the Frederick Keys and the Salem Red Sox has been postponed due to inclement weather. The game will be made up as part of a doubleheader on Wednesday night starting at 5:35 with game two to follow. Both contests will be seven innings in length.

 

Wednesday will be the second doubleheader for the Keys this year. The team's first came on opening weekend against the Myrtle Beach Pelicans, with the two clubs splitting the twinbill.

 

Left-hander Alex Wells (0-1, 2.40) starts for Frederick in game one against Salem left-hander Darwinzon Hernandez (1-1, 4.91). Right-hander Tanner Houck (0-2, 5.91) gets the ball for the Red Sox in game two, while the Keys starter is TBD. Both games can be heard on frederickkeys.com and the Tune-In Radio App.
